Whatever Honey conjures up for you – Ursula Andress emerging from the Caribbean ocean, or in our case rhyming slang for ‘money’ – it will mean something else once you’ve eaten at the 2 AA Rosette awarded restaurant at Hotel Gotham.

When you stay with us, we assume you’ll work up an appetite, and we know we have to be good to compete with the rest of Manchester’s fantastic foodie scene. So we’ve created a restaurant with atmosphere, a menu with a bit of bite and a name to get you thinking sweet thoughts.

Lunch - Monday to Sunday 12:30pm - 4pm
Afternoon Tea - Monday to Sunday 12:30pm - 4pm for last sitting
Dinner - Monday to Sunday 5pm -10pm
