Our Private Dining Room in Honey Restaurant is a glamorous venue located on the 6th floor, which boasts the best of Gotham characteristics. Suitable for morning meetings, business lunches, and exquisite dinner parties in lavish surroundings with views of Central Manchester.
Maximum capacity: 28 guests
For larger events exceeding 20 guests capacity, we offer an option to hold your event in a part or whole of Honey Restaurant, accommodating up to 80 guests.

Club Brass is the perfect destination to host any event. With breathtaking views of the city, three outdoor terraces, and a mixologist on hand, we’re all about the finer detail and unique experience. This is the ideal spot for exclusive hire, lavish parties, and canape soirees.

The rumours are true, opening soon inside the former vaults of 100 King Street, a new and exclusive bar and events space. Indulgent and hedonistic, GILT is atmospherically reminiscent of the famous 1930s cabaret clubs, with a Big Band live music, inspired by the Gatsby era.
GILT boasts the most exclusive private dining experience for leisure or corporate gatherings for up to 20 guests. This space offers a true escape from the outside world, where food and drinks will be delivered by your personal chef and a sommelier.
